There are many carrer paths of the graduates of Department of Information and Communication Engineering and Graduate Department of Communication Engineering, over a wide range of business areas such as design and development of packaged software, middleware, and integrated system management software, embedded system design, network security, industry solutions, communications networks, network design, network management, systems integration, construction of telecommunications infrastructure, manufacturing, retailing, education, and so on.

The "FE Examination (Fundamentals of Engineering Examination)"

The examination to attain a United States of America "License of Public Qualification PE (Professional Engineer) is known as the "PE Examination" ("Principles and Practice of Engineering Examination"). The "FE Examination" can be taken by fourth year students and is equivalent to a primary examination.

Fundamental Information Technology Engineer

In 2006 we received authorization for a special measure regarding "Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Examination". Students who have completed the program designated by the department and have passed the "Master Authorization Examination" are not required to take the morning examinations for the "Fundamental Information Technology Engineer".

High School Teaching License (Technical or Information)

It is possible to acquire this license at the time of graduation by acquiring specific credits on the "Teaching Profession Course" in addition to the student's final graduation credits.
